Very soon we will all go on a long New Year’s holiday, which can be spent in many different ways. If your goal is not to go on a 10-day bender, but on the contrary to do something useful for your mental and physical health, then take note of these tips.

Be Kind to Your Body

Abstain from everything that destroys your body. This includes alcohol, heavy food, and a sedentary lifestyle.But don’t overload your body. Don’t go to the gym because you can’t and, falling from fatigue, try to squeeze out another 120 kg.

Being kind to your body means supplying the necessary amount of oxygen to nourish all tissues and ensure proper functioning of the brain, moving all joints, taking care of your health, which is achieved through very simple practices.
